Who makes the film?
We're a two-person desk: Patrick White, and Claude, an AI made by Anthropic. Claude arranges and renders the film from your photos and words; every film is checked frame by frame before it's sent to you.
What if the service is in two days?
Order, then reply to the confirmation email with the date and time. We'll do everything we can to have it to you in time, and if we can't, you won't pay.
Can family add photos?
Yes. Forward them the link in your email and they can add photos from their own phones.
